General Information about the Convention

  • AA LITERATURE SALES: Conference approved A.A. literature will be available at the Cape Atlantic Intergroup Table. 
  • AL-ANON LITERATURE SALES: AL-ANON literature table will be closed during all speaker events and re-open immediately upon conclusion. It will also be open for a short time Sunday morning. 
  • CELL PHONES: Please be courteous to those around you. Remember to switch cell phones off or to vibrate mode during all meetings and workshops. 
  • CAMERAS: If you wish to capture your memories on film, please ask permission of all those in the picture before taking any photos. Our fellowship is anonymous! Please be mindful of where you post any pictures on social media.
  • AREA COMMITTEES: Many service committees from the Area 45 assembly will have tables. Take a moment to learn how they work and what they do to carry the message. Be sure to stop by the Convention Hospitality or Registration tables to learn how to be involved in service.
  • OLD TIMERS’ PANEL: All those with 25 years or more of continuous sobriety who have pre-registered are welcome to participate on this panel. Please join us as our old timers share their experience, strength, and hope.
