HOW TO ATTEND

  • As added security, you will receive the codes to enter, in an email. You can expect to receive the Meeting ID and Passcode 2 days before the event. 
  • When you sign in, you will be placed in the waiting room.  For security purposes, email addresses  are used to verify all attendees.

About Name Badges

Security is important for all travelers.
Not wearing your Convention Badge, will prevent you from entering the ANY convention meeting space. This is for your safety.

Registration Desk - 2nd Floor

Visit the Volunteers at the Registration desk on the 2nd floor of the hotel.
We will get you all checked in and provide you with a Welcome Packet.

 

Your Stay at the Claridge Hotel

A discounted rate is offered to all registered guests for the Convention.
